Dear Sonja Just emailing to let you know how Wednesday morning went. I woke at 5.00am meditated for about 30 mins then just layed there with my hands in a praying position. I decided not to have candles burning on this day. I noticed that my hands became very hot and at one point they were dripping perspiration. My finger tips were quite tingly and the soles of my feet were quite itchy. I noticed that I was quite emotional also . The whole day that followed was fabulous and my meditation class that I hold on a Wednesday night was magic.

Hi Sonja, Thank-you so much for everything! I really do appreciate your help and assistance. It has been invaluable. It would not have mattered what time it started because I decided to sleep through because last time I was still aware of it occurring even when asleep! hahaha I did wake up a couple of times through it this time also, the first time I actually felt I was surrounded by a surge of something warm but powerful. The second time I actually felt as if something had specifically been attuned to my purple chakra (third eye) and there was something that had been implanted over the chakra and then continued along my temples heading towards my cheeks and even up over my crown chakra (perhaps a ReiKi symbol or a head piece?). There have definitely been major shifts since I have begun the attunements both physically and emotionally. I must say though, that the attunements have definitely pulled all stops on so many areas of my life at the moment and I'm being showed clearly what it is that I should be focusing on irrespective of all the problems I am faced with at the moment.

Whoa, hi Sonja finally got the computer. Got time for a little story? We had bad storms here last night and I was up and down with children & dogs. Anyway I slept later than intended, my daughter woke me up who never wakes up until about 7.30 (6.30) for you guys, so I raced had a shower, grabbed a candle and white sage then went to my sacred space. As soon as I closed my eyes a vortex of energy surrounded me as well as came through my crown chakra. I felt tingling and blissful. Next my hands especially my palms became very hot and I had a sensation of swirling energy, then it was my feet mainly the soles and toes I felt the attunement was complete when my toes started to feel the cool air which then spread to my feet. I also had a vision of a dragonfly which kept appearing through out the attunement. I felt the need to then visualize the symbols in my 3 rd eye then give myself a ReiKi treatment, followed by a bit of happy dancing.

Wow Sonja, First of all I had a heap of symbols flash through my head that were going so fast I can't recall any of them, but next thing, I'm sitting in a rubber boat in the pool in the house that I grew up in. Anyway, I look up and I see you, but as an Asian woman holding a clipboard and standing on one side of the pool. So I get up out of the boat and walk towards you and you have something like the page of a diary on the clipboard. I can't recall all the details but there was a shaded area and you were saying that this shaded are is the time the ReiKi can't be performed and that the 23rd was the next date available because there were other things outside the ReiKi that needed taking care of. We chatted again (can't remember what) and this time you said that the 19th was okay as well.

Dear Sonja, Wow! What an experience this attunement was. I felt so relaxed and was in such a deep meditative state, that I couldn't feel any part of my body it was amazing. I also felt heat and a pins and needles type feeling in my hands and throat. Thank you so much for sharing your time and energy with me. I look forward to sharing my ReiKi journey with you along the way.

Hi Sonja Wow....my ReiKi 2 attunement on Friday was amazing! I could really feel it - Correct me if I'm wrong, but I could feel symbols being 'drawn' on the palm of my hands - and also a lot of activity around the crown chakra area. With beautiful music soflty in the background and healing energy surrounding me, after the initiation I had the deepest and most restful 2 1/2 hours sleep that I can remember for a long time. Thank you so much for this experience. I have been using the ReiKi symbols - and the sensations are very strong. I will certainly contact you when the time is right to do Level 3.

13 April 2005 Sonja - After receiving my Level ReiKi attunement from you, my relationships in whole changed. I have become more self-assured and I feel a special bond with my husband and children and a connection like never before. ReiKi has provided me with one on one time with each family member and helped us connect on an emotional level. I have now learned things about my children that they have openly told me, when it would ordinarily be bottled up and dealt with in quite futile emotional outbursts. I am helping to heal them in more ways than one.
